Monday Morning Mentor Reminder

10 02 2014

It’s not too late to sign up for the Monday Morning Mentor program! You don’t need to commit to all sessions – simply choose which ones you want to listen to. You’ll receive an email each Monday morning through May 12 with details on how to access the week’s topic. Each session is recorded and available on demand for one week. Below is a list of the remaining sessions.

I’ve listened to two of these Monday Mentor sessions and have found them to be good. The nice thing is they are short, they have hand-outs, and you can fast forward a slide if you want to. Easy, fast and interesting.

I found this week’s topic interesting. The presenters gave a number of tips on ways to make students empower themselves and to move the burden of responsibility for learning from the instructor to the student.

I found it worth the 20 minutes.
